I like that you can have multiple agents assigned per account so if one isn't available another agent steps in seamlessly without interrupting what's already happening or having them switch over mid conversation (which happens sometimes).
Sometimes they get confused by our questions/comments when we're talking about different products altogether but overall their service has been great! We've had some issues where there wasn’t always someone answering at certain times during peak hours - especially around holidays & weekends; however this was solved once more people were added as Agents within these timeframes. It helps us keep track via email how many tickets are open vs closed etc., also makes sure everyone knows who else works here too :).
