Not just for steak on steak knife

I bought this knife for my wife because I know she prefers small knives for most kitchen cutlery. She loves it very much and can't get over how perceptive he is. I love it so much because I don't have to constantly sharpen it. Kitchen knives don't dull so quickly when cutting onions and steaks. They fade quickly when dragged across the cutting board. I don't think I'll ever break this habit from my wife. But therein lies the beauty of a serrated kitchen knife. Only the tips touch the cutting board. Low spots never do, so they don't fade nearly as quickly. And of course all of this means that I don't have to sharpen my knife as often. All you really have to do is run the back of the blade over the steel from time to time and you're done. To be honest, you probably don't even need to do this. Happy woman happy life. Happy Husband.
