We bought two of these, one for the driver and one for the passenger. I tried installing it on the driver's side first but it didn't move. I heard him try but it looked like something got stuck. I removed it and hooked it up to a power source to see if it would move on its own. This thing refused to move even with help. I played around with it for an hour and nothing! Tried it on the passenger side too! I looked so closely to see if I missed something. I even compared it to what I took out and NOTHING. it is absolute rubbish. Useless junk that refuses to work.
