Review on Angie Womens Skirt Smocked Waist by Paula Pickett

The skirt is very cute, very cute, but I was surprised to find out that the skirt actually consists of two pieces of fabric: one is draped in the front, the others walk around more - and they're not sewn together at all. So when there's a big gust, I think everyone around me puts on a little NSFW show. At the same time, I liked the print and it fit so well that I took it to an alteration shop to sew the fabric. Looks and feels great now.
