Works but has a loose handle.
We purchase this because of arthritis on our hands. The handle is a little loose which does not allow the electronic lock (door deadbolt purchased separately) to work appropriately with the door. There is no way to tighten the handle so we are stuck with this. I had better lock with another I got for one of the bedrooms so we switched it. Just buyer be aware. Still works but the handle can be loose.
- Good quality, one of them came broke.I'm waiting on a response from the seller.
