This was not what I expected from a swim platform or dock. With a few drops of water it is so slippery that it is not safe to stand or walk on. You will slip and fall if you don't crawl on it. And if you want to jump into the lake with it, it always gets wet, so too dangerous. It's not durable either - I weigh 200 pounds and if I sit on a corner to put my feet in the water, like I would at a harbor, the whole corner sinks in and I get wet. And the dock gets wet so you have to crawl on it to get off. So I'm not a fan of this item and I sent it back because I don't think it works as the description suggests. It's essentially a big inflatable SUP but with no traction at the top. If they add a top drag surface (like my inflatable SUP) that might help.
