Arrived on time, walked in as easily as you would expect for a job like this. Works great a month after installation. The hardest part was removing the old regulator (the window was sealed). Overload was bad. Note: A small hole behind the motor (below the removable cup) allows current to flow to the motor without overloading. Nobody will tell you that. I had to figure it out myself (after disassembling the old motor). Tip: Insert a probe and reverse polarity as needed to drive the motor up or down (if the motor is moving now, this indicates a sluggish overload). The job would have been much, much easier if I had known this before attempting to remove the adjuster (in the up position). The scratched joints are almost healed.
