Several wrong sizes in one box!

So I've been buying the same brand, same size for years. I contacted the seller and told him these boxes don't fit me. First they accused me of ordering the wrong size and then they said they would only refund the unopened boxes if I paid for the return postage. The photo shows two gloves from a box. Of course both are small. There is serious confusion somewhere, and I was expecting better treatment for someone's apparent error. I will look for a new brand.
