I like that this is very easy to use for both our clients as well employees! It's not overwhelming because it does so much at once which makes things easier than having multiple apps or programs open all day long (which also means more time wasted). The best part about techcx? That we can easily see everything in one place without needing any extra training from anyone else but ourselves - just simply log into your account daily/weekly etc.. This way you are always up-to date if someone needs help they know exactly where their information resides since its right there staring them straight back everytime!! Nothing really i dislike too bad other then maybe some of us who work alone may get confused sometimes when looking through an employee list trying find people quickly especially during busy times. Overall great service provider though no problems yet been able using product effectively.
