Great automation tool and great customer support
Easy to use for multiple users without confusing steps or needing technical know how from your IT folks- no more manual data entry with this program! Nothing in particular I dislike about it as an end user but one thing that could be improved would have been if they added "smart tracking" so you can see when equipment is checked off by other people working at different sites etc.- all very helpful features included here which makes me feel like my job will never get done!! The only time we ran into issues was after our vendor had some problems getting their new system up & running correctly - there were several things wrong including missing checklists (which made us really miss having those!).

- IT people can use easily without having prior experience on using the product
Cons
- Nothing I dislike but it would be cool if they offered "smart tracking" capabilities so you see where all your assets are at each location, which really helps with
