Review on Counted Cross Stitch Kit: Candy 🎅 Cane Santa Stocking (Model 8778) by Dimensions Needlecrafts by Popeye Knight

I made some Christmas stockings. Most of these were Bucilla stockings. Pros: Nice design and reasonable price, hence 2 stars. Disadvantages: 1. The felt is too thin. I was afraid I would break a hole in the pieces.2. I had to use fabric glue for the stars because they were too fragile to put on. First I painted the glitter on the stars and when the glue was dry I went over the stocking and glitter again to attach them.3. The details do not match the print on the stocking. I had to maneuver the pieces in place and again was afraid of tearing the felt. The face was extremely hard.4. The felt is thin on the cheeks. The front part is printed in such a way that the edges would certainly be torn if it were embroidered. I made stencils out of paper (hold a piece of felt to the window, put paper on top and draw the outlines of the cheeks). Then I used the pink felt I had. Oh yes, the face is light pink, not flesh-colored. I think it works fine. I was just a little surprised that it's pink. a) I liked the design. You sew on a beard. I am still working on it. God! I'll post photos when I'm done. I do NOT recommend.
