I got this yoga mat because I had a very cheap one that was small, not comfortable, slid around on my hardwood floors and when my palms would sweat, I was ready to find something better. In this case I do believe you get what you pay for, when I took it out of the box and noticed how light weight it was I was a little nervous but holy crap it is HUGE and soooooo squishy and soft, it does not move around at all. When my hands and feet get a little sweaty it's almost like it just stretches out to compensate for my body wanting to slide, if that makes any sense! It is like heaven to walk/sit on! I left it out for a bit just to keep walking over it! I don't write many reviews but this deserves a good one! I even purchased one for my mom so we can do yoga together!
