Review on Garmin Forerunner 25 Large Black GPS, Finders & Accessories by James Cash

I used to have a couple of Garmin Forerunner 10 watches but when the straps started breaking I decided it was time for an upgrade. Upon receipt of this watch, the bracelet feels cheaper but more flexible. I had no problems with the tape and it's easy to attach. The main difference with the Forerunner 10 is that this watch also has the ability to pair with your phone and receive text messages, Facebook messages, and calls. CANNOT TAKE CALLS as far as I know. Notifications will appear and you can then go to the messages to read them on the screen. Navigating the watch is fairly easy and very similar to the Forerunner 10. Highly recommended as an inexpensive replacement for the Forerunner 10. Doesn't like that message notifications are either on or off. With notifications turned on, the watch will beep to alert you, which somewhat defeats the purpose of having it on the watch if your main goal is to receive and view messages more discreetly.
