Review on 🔬 Enhance Static Pressure Testing with UEi Test Instruments Em201Spkit! by Matthew Seamster

Pressure gauges are cheaper but I wanted something with good accuracy and resolution from a well known company. I am very satisfied with this device. The build is solid and the controls are quick and easy. It even showed 0.000 when I turned it on (didn't have to reset it with a button). I was also able to upgrade to toilet equipment without reading the manual ;-) To understand the pressure drop across the filter (I'm planning to install a MERV13 and want to understand the legendary strain this can put on the blower), I took measurements. on my HVAC return manifold and just behind my pre-fan filter. So far I've only done it with one port and left the other open. Got reasonable results from both places. I can use the static gauges later to see if turning on the airflow better makes a big difference. There was some drift after removing the hose from these vacuum spots, but the drift was well below the low reading. pressure, and it went back to zero after about 15 or 30 seconds. Subtracting the two readings gave reasonable results for the filter pressure drop relative to what I expected, so other than the drift uncertainty I have no reason to question the reading. Any errors are on my conscience - due to the fact that I didn't use static pressure sensors (didn't want to drill new holes at the moment). So I am very impressed with the quality and ease of use of this device. Definitely 5 stars.
