Perfect fit. I used 1/8" shims from my local hardware store to allow air to circulate since I have a hard top and this jeep plate could not breathe with the doors closed (e.g. the air was trying to get through the taillights to escape). To keep rain off the top of the panel I took a thin fuel line, routed it along the top of the panel and clamped it between the panel and tailgate to direct the water around the hole in the tailgate.
