SHARP and oh so stylish. in a Dragon Slayer kind of way
Bring a little "How to Train your Dragon" to your next side of beef. The hammered look of this blade, along with its wide, sharp edge, will make you feel like you just came from a Renaissance Festival.The weight is substantial and it's pretty well balanced. The edge is EXTREMELY sharp. Sharp enough that my wife didn't want it out above our counter on our display magnetic bar. It is definitely for someone who knows what they are doing with a cleaver.For the money, this is an outstanding value. The only thing I can't really comment on is how long the edge will hold since it is only used occasionally. SO cool looking though.
