I like that it is user friendly & quick to set up new dashboards/workspaces with ease! The ability to be able to create different groups within our organisation (e.g., marketing teams) which have permission level access is great too.
It's also easy to share dashboard across all users - no need to email each one separately about what they've been given permissions to see etc. Sometimes there are glitches when trying to add widgets but this doesn't happen often enough to make me not want to continue using it. We're looking at how to better track customer journeys through social media channels such as Facebook by creating more detailed reports from existing data sources e.g.: website traffic, Twitter feeds, Google Analytics etc.
