A must for cheese lovers
I made my own Caesar salad: romaine lettuce, anchovies, some veggies, swiss cheese, parmesan and romaine lettuce. I use this grater for parmesan and romano cheese. Freshly grated gives the salad such an aroma - wonderful! And it requires minimal effort! This grater gets almost all of the cheese into the bowl with very little waste (what a great idea!) thanks to the grooves on the surface of the grater. Cleaning is also easy. I love this grater so much! Worth every penny! 😄
