I had high hopes for this product. I don't need a big watch face, but I do need access to the Garmin Connect app. This is an amazing app. There are no such times. Heart rate and steps are incorrect. The idea behind this watch is exactly what I wanted so it's a big disappointment. This watch has a small screen and the menus can be a bit difficult to navigate, but it's comfortable to use and takes some getting used to. . My heart rate never went above 101 throughout my workout. My Fitbit showed a heart rate of 130 seconds. This prompted me to visit the Garmin forums. There have been multiple complaints and people pointing out the same issue. I contacted Garmin. I'm using the latest software and have checked out the troubleshooting articles. Judging by the reviews, the problem is related to a poor-quality product.
