Did exactly what it says on the tin
At first I didn't really understand the most commonly mentioned smoking issue but I felt like it was getting hot. The device quickly identified which of my deep-cycle batteries needed replacing. This is exactly the tool I needed. First check the batteries to make sure they are good, then diagnose the wiring and connectors. I recommend this tool. Update: March 2015 Downgraded to 3 stars because I'm getting a cb or c6 message and there is nothing to explain the message. Hope this is helpful
