The tool allows us to interact with our customer base in an easy way that we can actually remember how they are doing it before! So far so good but I hope this will continue for many years to come because of its ease of use. Also their support team does not seem very knowledgeable about what they do. They just keep sending me emails asking questions like "how should i send out surveys" or something along those lines when there's nothing wrong at my end. If anything they could improve by having more employees who understand technology better than most people. We manage a lot of different accounts for clients who want to get involved using social media platforms such as Facebook etcetera. This makes things easier for them since everything gets uploaded into one place allowing multiple members from these companies to be able to see each other posts without too much hassle.
