What a pleasant surprise. This set includes a German Santoku knife, sharp scissors with a bottle opener and a small knife sharpener. It's not the best model, but it's damn good and at a good price. A knife with a strong smell, light, comfortable and very sharp. This set is good for home use, student collage, RV, camping, etc. I don't know how long it will stay sharp, but it can always be sharpened. I like that the knife is not huge. Do not put knives in the dishwasher! It dulls knives and dries out handles. 5 stars because this set offers a lot and works well for me.
