This is an actual review from the person installing the hardware. The hardware itself is very nice. All the parts are well packaged, sorted and protected. The hardware was easy to install except for one engineering oversight, which is why I gave three stars and not five. I ordered the 10' hanger, which came with four 5' rails to make two ten foot rails. One ten foot rail for the front slider and one ten foot rail for the back slider. The holes in all the rails are set for 16" centers, which is perfect for most drywall studs. The issue is when you bolt the two 5' halves together to make a 10 foot rail, the 16" centers is offset by 5 inches. This means one side will line up with the drywall studs, but the second bolted on section, will not. I had to drill new holes on the second half of the outer rail to line back up with the studs. Not a big deal, but I now have three unused holes in one of the rails, making the whole thing look asymmetrical.
