This article isn't exactly bad, but it doesn't say so either. Supposedly 100% embroidery cotton. If it really was a 100% cotton embroidery thread, I would be very happy. It was a good price, there were plenty of flowers, they were delivered free of charge, it was packaged decently. Unfortunately, it looks like it's 100% plastic. So if that's important to you then I wouldn't advise you to buy it. I did some burn tests on different skeins and compared them to the DMC yarn I already have (which is 100% cotton). The first image with lighter thread is DMC thread. It burns clean and the filaments are still clear. Other pictures show the melting of bought filament in the burning test. He also created some very long fibers, further confirming that it is plastic. As someone who uses thread to make heirlooms, I need a higher quality fiber for my thread.
