They are always there for you if any errors come up while working or even after we close our session they will help fix them so it's very helpful! Some areas can be confusing but overall I like how friendly everyone at CG seems when contacting their support team and being assisted from start until end by people who seem genuinely interested about helping customers out however possible. It’s very rare that i find something against this software because everything has been great thus far. CG could use better tracking system as well where one would know what time/date did he make changes into his file which makes communication difficult since most users don't have access unless others tell him what changed (even though notifications should work). Have tried many other platforms such as Sage 100 before switching over completely only few months ago due to benefits offered by conduits global service department including training sessions etc. The best thing about conduit global is that they are always at your service. Their customer support is very helpful and knowledgeable. There is no point where they disappoint you. I would recommend them to anyone who needs good quality business communication solutions. At this time we were looking for an agency who can handle our call center in India as well as have some presence there. We have been working with conduit global and they have handled all our issues with ease.
