Review on Amana Tool 45611 K Engraving Signmaking by Joseph Reed

Finally got to the project I ordered this nozzle for. Even after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. With this information in mind, I conservatively set my channels and speeds to SUPER. Plunge 150mm/m, Travel 500mm/m, Doc 1.5mm. Cutting hardwoods Paduk and cutting board cherry. About 10 minutes after the cut I paused the project to check the tip and sure enough the tip was already broken. I'm not sure if there are any feeds and speeds that this bit could handle even moderately hard wood without breaking the tip. I love Amana drills, I have a lot of them on my boat. But this is a hard failure. I'll have to try other brands to see if I can find one that suits my needs.
