. when you buy from Platinum Micro! I ordered a new ST6000NM0024 but they sent me a ST6000NM0115 instead! Of course, the capacity of the two drives is the same, the interfaces are the same, but their performance is different. And since I needed ST6000NM0024, I ordered it! Waiting for delivery, getting the wrong item and then wasting time processing the RMA was a huge waste of time and money. If Platinum Micro can't read incoming orders and fill them as needed, what's the point of using this service? Instead I went to TechPartz. NB: I would give the ST6000NM0024 product a 5 star rating but I think that in this case it is more important to downgrade to protect potential future customers from a bad seller who is obviously not from Revain.com will be punished. The ST6000NM0024 is fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable enterprise hard drive with great performance and long lifespan.
