Review on Legend Cast Iron Griddle Pre Seasoned by Oscar Berry

I did a lot of research B4 I bought this pan. I have used it several times for steaks, burgers, vegetables etc. I haven't used the flat side yet. It covers 2 of my gas burners very well for good heat distribution. It is a bit difficult to handle as it is very heavy. I was aware of the weight and thought it wouldn't be that bulky, but it's heavy. It's like the size/weight of 2 cast iron skillets. While I like it, if you're having trouble finding regular sized cast iron skillets, you might want to consider the size/weight of this skillet.
