Review on Cutting Wheel X 047 Stainless Grinder by Alex Cassanova

I usually buy cut-off wheels from Harbor Freight. 10 packs can be purchased on sale for $7.99 or less. I decided to try their discs despite other users complaining about discs exploding. After a month of use, I can say that my discs have never exploded (it's important to be careful not to stick when using a cut-off disc), but I quickly found that they don't last very long. I wasn't sure to what extent as I had no comparison as all my HF drives had been used up. I recently bought a pack of 5 HF discs for $3.99 and found I use about 2-3 of those discs for the same amount of editing as one HF disc. At around $0.43/disk for these discs compared to the $0.85/disk HF, there's just no value. Especially when you have to stop twice as often to change windows. Also, the fringe looks very ragged when they are reduced to half size.
