Bits are packaged in a plastic tube which in turn is inserted into the hole. There are two strings of six bits each. There is no clear order or grouping of bits, but there is a picture and label for each bit just below. Although I haven't used all the bits yet, the ones I've used work fine. However, getting them out of the sleeve they are in can be a little tricky. The case is very tight and the edges of the bits are very sharp, I risked cutting myself every time I took them out of the case. I would recommend adding 1/32 inch to the diameter of each bushing to remove. it will be easier and safer. I would also recommend grouping them in a more meaningful order.
