The hardware store sells these bits for about fifteen dollars each. So far I've only needed one angle cutter (photo), but thought why not upload a few that I might need later (carpenter's motto). The chamfering chisel is a good test because it gets to the point. In my experience these thin points can ruin my hardwoods/knots. I've gone over 100 feet of pine and 16 feet of oak with a full bevel and the top is still like new. All in all a great purchase. Don't be fooled by the onsite shop.
Excellent value for money. They don't last forever like a quality cutter, but they're also part of the price. This is a great way to have the bits you need on hand and when they wear out you'll know which ones to use more often and replace with better ones. For the occasional router user or bits that are rarely used, this is a great buy considering Diablo's 1/4" Cove Bit is $30 - more than this entire set. Bits are packaged in a plastic tube which in turn is inserted into the hole. There are two strings of six bits each. There is no clear order or grouping of bits, but there is a picture and label for each bit just below. Although I haven't used all the bits yet, the ones I've used work fine. However, getting them out of the sleeve they are in can be a little tricky.
