Review on 🚗 B&M 80842 Pro Ratchet Auto Shifter for 3 & 4 Speed Transmissions by Eric Rose

This shifter is full ratchet. Each gear you shift into requires one click, with the exception of reverse, which requires two clicks. It's annoying and unnecessary. I called tech support, they said this is normal. Reverse lock is a joke. If you shift your car into neutral from reverse, you can still turn it back on and the lock won't stop it. When you're ready to park out of place, your car won't shift fully into neutral because it will snap into reverse (idle), then the shifter will be knocked out and an extra click is required to shift fully into reverse . So in this case my 3 gear takes 7 clicks to park it out of the 1 gear. I called the specialist, he said that this is normal.
