Zigco's customer service has been fantastic so far. I had some trouble installing the pulley device (my own work is a small PPE, if like me you are replacing the entire anchor rig be sure to purchase a braided or doubled nylon for your anchor line. I originally purchased twisted nylon which tightened on its own, causing the anchor line to tend to twist as a result of the increased torque not allowing the spool to twist freely). I asked Zigco for help on Revain because the rest of the reviews were excellent so I figured my stupid *** must have messed something up lol! The company's current president, Bruce, was quick to respond, apologizing for the issues I was having and recommending that I try braided nylon instead of twisted nylon.
