Works as advertised

Unpretentious but does the job well. I followed the instructions and found this tiny pump met my expectations. The photo in the product presentation can be misleading as the petrol from which it is pumped is well below the car's filler neck. If I understand the instructions correctly, using the pump is not recommended like that. I set the gas bottle at about the same level as the fill tube and the pump works as expected. I didn't measure how long it took to empty a 5 gallon gas can, but it wasn't too long. I'm 77 and really appreciate not having to empty my gas bottle by lifting and holding to pour through a funnel. I pump clean water through after pumping gasoline as recommended. So far I've only pumped 20 gallons with it; So I can't say anything about durability. IMPORTANT UPDATE 4/14/19 Someone at Revain changed my review to show a photo of an ad that I never included in my review. In the photo that accompanies my review, the 2.5 gallon gas bottle, which actually doesn't even need to be refilled because it's not that heavy, is held level with the filler neck. . If you see a VIDEO of this product elsewhere in the ad (I just double checked) it clearly shows a 5 gallon gas canister which I find very difficult to lift and which is about three to four feet below the Filling tube trolley sits on the floor. This is clearly misleading and is exactly what I had in mind in my original review. Revain must reassure them that they can be trusted themselves by explaining what happened. I personally trust most people's feedback very much, but now I'm wondering if it has been changed in some way that the author hasn't spotted. What are you saying, Revane?
