Review on Brightwave by Drew Diaz

I like how easy it was to set up our entire site with them. We are able to get emails out quickly, send emails to our customers, and keep track of all orders. I dislike that they do not have an option for bulk emails for larger companies. It would be nice if we could have more options when sending emails to large groups. If you don't have a lot of experience using this product, definitely work with a consultant from another provider to help set everything up correctly. This product has helped us stay in contact with our customers. We also use this product to send emails to our clients as well.
