Didn't quite fit. Aggressive persuasion is required.
Product: Dryer Heater Part Number 279838. Does not quite fit. Which isn't cool with auto parts. Luckily I was able to bend the sides just enough to attach and screw it on, but, MAN, what a tricky fit. Otherwise everything was fine in the Element, only the body was a few millimeters small. This is enough to render it unusable for most parts.
