We use rewo for our sales team in order to capture all of their calls with customers or prospects so we can easily have them create an accountable call log. The best part about using this software is how easy it makes recording these conversations! It has really helped us keep track of what was said during each conversation as well as when they were called by which customer/prospect. I dislike having to manually add notes after every single meeting but other then that there's not much else i don't like about rewo. If you're looking into creating better accounts logs I highly recommend trying out ReWo. Our organization now uses ReWo instead of spreadsheets because its more efficient and easier to access at any time if needed.
