For the money, it's a well-crafted product. Better value than what I could have purchased at any of the big box stores. What keeps me from giving it 5 stars are the instructions provided. I have a three hole granite countertop so I needed the deck plate - which wasn't clearly indicated when I bought the product. I should have read the description more carefully so I put that one on me. No big issue as the deck plate I had installed previously worked perfectly and matched without issue.The challenge came when I put the unit in through the 1" granite topped by a 1/2" rise deck plate. There wasn't much showing underneath especially with the hot and cold water connections. When you screw the sleeve onto the thread underneath to secure it to the countertop, there's no access to one of the water lines to tighten. I had to pre-connect that water line to make it work and then after doing so, realized I couldn't fit the sleeve over all of the lines. I found out you could unscrew the quick connect fastener from the main sprayer hose line which made it possible to slide the sleeve over all the lines. In retrospect, I could have just pulled out that hose that feeds the sprayer and fed it back in afterwards but that would have been too easy.So, recommendations to manufacturer; tell customers to remove main sprayer line before attempting to install sleeve fastener under the counter. Also, extend the hot and cold water connectors another 2 inches to accommodate deck plates and granite counter tops. Finally, put the hold/cold color coded emblem that's on the faucet handle on the top side instead of underneath where no one can see it. Otherwise, happy with my purchase.
