This works as described. Knocked off one star because the item I received was used. Tape was cut, plastic bunched up and the 5 sheets of starter paper were all creased as shown.That said, the print quality is better than thermal ribbon printers I’ve tried. You get better gradients with this style. The special paper is usually not stocked in retail stores so you’ll need to order online.No hard case like some others but comes with a velvet type bag for storage.This isn’t something I would use at home but if you have a need to print on the go, this is not a bad option.
