Make sure to put the bar on the back, not in the middle, otherwise the graphics card screws will have a gap of about 3mm. Pretty simple design. But it works well and reliably. A minor annoyance is that there isn't a good spot to install external fans. Note that this only works with a maximum of 4 cards to allow enough space between them for ventilation. I made a template with 2 screws + 3 spare slots in between which works fine for the optimal card temperature.
