I have used their service for many years now, both as an agency client (i was in charge of marketing at my last job) but also directly through them when i needed help with social media management or even just copywriting! The customer support is amazing - always very helpful and prompt. They are fast-paced enough that they can take care of everything without me having too much trouble managing it myself! It's been great working together over all these years! Their team has done wonders for our reputation online so far! Not really anything bad about this product overall, though sometimes there were minor glitches here and there which took some work to fix quickly! Great price point considering how comprehensive their services include. Social Media Management/Management & Content Creation.
