I have not attempted to wear anything since installing these new shocks. On a positive note, if you're looking for a shock from raising Dakota, then this is your shock. My Dakota climbs 1.5 blocks in the back and with that shock I had to jack up the truck to install them due to the length. If you have 3 inch blocks. I bet they'll probably fit (don't quote me). They look amazing, I hope they work as well as people say and I hope they last. I had ranches on my truck and they are OUT for towing so I switched to these.
