This exhaust wrap came with good instructions and worked really well to wrap the exhaust pipe from the engine to the muffler on a 1914 Model T Ford Touring. The car is restored and driving, the heat from the exhaust on the passenger side radiates through the floorboards (real floorboards on the Estate!) giving a feeling of warmth. (I put the whole roll in a bucket of water) and it's even better if you have a helper to keep the wrap straight. Finally, it helps if you can isolate the item being packaged by removing it prior to installation. It's much easier to have space around the exhaust pipe/system than trying to install this sleeve in a tight space. I've used stainless steel cable ties recommended by others, they work, just practice with one or two before going "live". ."
