Don't be fooled! - Man, I have a run today!

It's hard to fault simple tools when they do what you want them to. However, when you pay a premium for an instrument, you want it to stand out from the rest. Right off the bat, this is a great set of standard, Phillips and flathead screwdrivers in popular sizes. They're magnetized in just the right amount, which is great as they're not too magnetic and will stick to anything. I'm uncomfortable with the grips, the rubber on them is hard and as plastic as possible, and the plastic parts are too slippery. The quality of the metal is moderately hard and works best on simple projects, not anything where you might need to pry open or use a lot of force as the dials warp and flex easily. The case is ok but it would be better if they made a pocket at the top that is not used as it is just filled with plastic blocks. It's a huge waste of space that doesn't make any sense and should be empty for other random things. Incoming Pros/Cons Pros: - Good set with a good range of overall size - Perfect amount of magnetism, not too much and not too little. Cons: - Softer metal, only good for occasional and light use - Still handles which can cause hand fatigue and problems - Case is too big for a set and should have an open area to add more or much smaller tools . I threw away my case. All in all they do what they are supposed to do and if you use the tools from time to time they are great. If you use your tools more than once a week I would invest in something more reliable.

Pros
  • Magnetic screwdriver set
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
