I like that you can easily create multiple accounts so if one person is not available another member in our office or team has access without needing extra steps! It's easy enought to use but could be more user friendly when it comes to creating new records/patient visits etc..

Also sometimes information gets lost between different tabs within Patient Portal which makes scheduling appointments difficult because we have no way to go back through previous screens and check what was said previously during patient intake. We are solving this problem right away though since they implemented some changes recently - just need time before benefits fully take effect. I have been very happy so far working in this program it is easy enough that even my grandma could use if she wanted too! It has helped me organize everything much easier than before especially when you are dealing w/ multiple clinics at once which can be hard sometimes but they do great work making sure things run smoothly no matter what clinic or doctor i am helping out here its awesome!!
