Best Practice EMR Software Application for Private Practices

I liked that it came preloaded at no cost in my office which was great! It is very easy to use once you get used too its simple interface layout etc.. Nothing really dislike about this product but everything has been positive so far including easeofuse/userfriendlyness & overall performance when compared against others like emrsoft or eclisys products available out there currently today. There are some things we would have loved if they could implement within 2yrs from launch date such as add…

Pros
  • They provide free upgrades regularly even though one may pay per upgrade fee depending how many installments he goes thru yearly (2 3 yrs) however still worth paying just makes sense seeing what new tech comes

Excellent support staff, excellent customer service

I like that they are easy going people who can work within your budget constraints. They have been great at helping us get our systems up and running quickly! We were able to set everything up in just one day compared to other companies where it took several days or weeks. There is nothing we dislike about them but if there was something specific we would ask then maybe you could address those issues before hiring? Just be sure to go through multiple references from previous clients so you know

Great for all medical professionals who want their patients up-to date with info

I like that you can easily create multiple accounts so if one person is not available another member in our office or team has access without needing extra steps! It's easy enought to use but could be more user friendly when it comes to creating new records/patient visits etc.. Also sometimes information gets lost between different tabs within Patient Portal which makes scheduling appointments difficult because we have no way to go back through previous screens and check what was said…

Pros
  • Easy for patients (and doctors) who want an appt with their provider,easy log ins & quick response times from customer service reps., good support via phone calls as well
Cons
  • Sometimes slow down due lack resources.
  • Lack info stored across all tab pages
  • Need better options regarding logging into portal
