I like that they are very easy for me as an administrator of my clinic/practice because there isn't much work involved in setting up new clinics or adding patients into existing ones! The pricing seems high when compared with some free options out their such as Google Docs but it's worth every penny if you have enough people using your platform which we do! It has helped us be more organized by allowing us to store patient information all together instead of having several different pieces scattered throughout our office files.
We can also access this from anywhere at anytime via any device no matter where i am within our building!! This helps keep everyone updated about changes happening in real time rather than waiting until after hours etc. Also being able to use google docs allows us to share documents between eachother without storing them on paper somewhere else.
