Works as I had hope!
After two rounds it’s working as I expected. I have an older Bushnell scope so it barely fits but it does! I purposely went over a few bumps and made some sharp turns and it sits tight on the carts upper rail. Now I don’t have to worry about the scope siding off the seat during a round. I would recommend a bright color strap so you don’t forget it after the round.
