Easy EMR conversion and implementation

It's easy to use with very good customer service that goes above & beyond what I expect from most companies in this industry! There are too many features (I'm not sure how else they should word it) but there isn't much you can do about some if them once implemented which makes me feel like we're at their mercy sometimes as far as updates go or new feature development. Still trying figure out where certain buttons/features fit into our process - maybe because my staff doesn't know everything yet? Overall though so far nothing has been bad except perhaps learning more things than expected when initially implementing such an extensive system. Having better record keeping overall especially after hours visits / missed appointments etc., ability for patients who receive services through multiple providers within same office space to be able see each other instead of just one individual only being seen by us now since prior records were hard copy kept back then; paperless medical charting benefits both parties involved; easier communication between teams internally via shared notes vs. emails alone. I like that it has an online portal where we can access our patients information from any location. It also allows us to upload pictures so they are easily accessible through their website as well. The interface could be more user friendly but overall this product works great! We have been able to see what appointments/visits we had in the past, which helps with time tracking.
