I like that it's easy to use with my iPad when in clinic or at home! It makes keeping track of patients very convenient!! The only thing about this app is how sometimes you have difficulty finding what information you need if there are multiple doctors working together during an appointment (especially after hours). It's easy to use with very good customer service that goes above & beyond what I expect from most companies in this industry! There are too many features (I'm not sure how else they should word it) but there isn't much you can do about some if them once implemented which makes me feel like we're at their mercy sometimes as far as updates go or new feature development. I like that it's easy to use and that there are so many different features in one place. It has helped us with our scheduling and patient intake process. We haven't found anything yet that we dislike about this product. It has been a huge help in keeping track of appointments and patients. The system was easy to use once I gained experience with it! It's so much better than paper charting that we can't go back now even if our insurance changes or goes away entirely because there are no other options in this area (otherwise known as "the good old days"). I like that they are able to customize their system so it fits our needs perfectly! They provide great customer service as well which makes working with them easy at times when we need help or have questions about something new in regards to using this product!!
